Hello, I’m Dr. Amanda Keys. For over two decades, I’ve supported individuals and families by empowering them to eliminate barriers surrounding anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and challenges related to eating disorders. I combine EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and mindfulness techniques to tailor treatment to each person’s journey.
I’m passionate about helping clients find their inner strength and create lasting change. As a wife, mother of three, and Nana, I have firsthand experience with the joys and complexities of life. Drawing on my experience as a published author and national presenter, I blend skill and empathy to guide you toward healing, resilience, and meaningful personal growth in a safe, welcoming space.
